Starting in January of 2016 we have a walking program. All employees are encouraged to participate. Each participant is given a pedometer and the steps walked are turned in each week. It started as a competition but for many has become a way of life.

We discovered that walking can improve the way you look and feel. Feeling better can lead to other healthier habits, i.e. eating healthier, quitting smoking. We encourage everyone to join us!
